Gutters:  A lack of gutters or having your downspouts disconnected from a proper drainage solution can dump lots of excess water into the soil surrounding your home. This excess moisture can cause clay soils to expand, often causing that part of your foundation to “heave” upward or settle. This can result in the same loss of support or stability of your foundation and leave cracks in your interior walls or exterior brick.
Sloped Landscapes:  This can cause water to pool in areas around your home, causing the same issues mentioned above. Sprinkler systems that put too much water in the wrong places can also cause problems.
Excess Soil Moisture:  Too much water can create “hydrostatic pressure” causing the soil to expand. When the soil expands, it puts excess pressure on your home’s foundation which can lead to structural and cosmetic damage.


Without a proper water management solution, your home can be exposed to extensive damage and may lose value.

Site Preparation
Our crew begins by marking the ground for placement of the GLP  Drainage System pipe. Grass is carefully removed and saved prior to digging the trench.
Creating and Grading the Trench
The trench is dug and cleaned to accommodate the GLP Drainage System pipe. Next, the trench is carefully graded and leveled to ensure proper water flow. Often, surveying equipment is used to determine the proper height, slope and fall of the trench.
Pipe Assembly and Trench Insertion
Our GLP Drainage System pipe with flushable technology is placed in the trenches.
Basins and Gutters
Special 12” x 12” Low Profile Basins are installed at appropriate intervals along the system. It is important to tie gutter downspouts (if available) into the GLP  Drainage System.
The Finishing Touches
Trenches are re–filled with dirt. Dirt in the trenches is tamped down for soil compaction. Each catch basin is graded for proper water flow into the system. The area is thoroughly cleaned.
